　　该剧是《实习医生格蕾》、《私人诊所》和《人在异乡》创作者Shonda Rhimes多年来打造的第一部非医学剧，根据Judy Smith的真人真事改编。故事主要描述一名危机处理专家及其所领导的团队的工作与生活。
