　　Steven Zaillian会负责首季大部份集的编剧及导演工作，该剧会采用《The Talented Mrs. Ripley》﹑《Ripley Under Ground》﹑《Ripley’s Game》﹑《The Boy Who Followed Ripley》﹑《Ripley Underwater》五部小说的内容，讲述Tom Ripley如何由一名骗徒成为连环杀手的心路历程。
