《伦敦生活》团队带来全新HBO喜剧，讲述生活单调乏味的女子鲁比收到短信邀约，决定逃离当下与旧爱履行青春约定，踏上追寻真爱和自我重塑之旅。

　　讲述编剧Cody(肯德里克)发现男友(唐纳尔·罗格)貌似出轨了，对象是……一个性爱玩偶。这个会说话、有感知的塑胶娃娃用“在颠覆父权制之前，咱们都是性爱娃娃”等发言和活泼精灵的性格引起了Cody注意。在心理医师的建议下，她和娃娃踏上一场公路旅行，发展出友谊。
